PASTA & TIRAMISU CLASS

There’s a place where flavors tell stories: grandma’s kitchen. This class will have you rediscover and experience the aromas and authentic tastes of recipes made to be passed down with love, just like at Nonna Maria’s house.

What to expect from this experience: 

- A warm welcome. We start with a glass of Prosecco to toast together the beginning of the experience;

- Authentic tradition. Together we’ll make the “pasta fresca all’uovo” (fresh egg pasta) following Nonna Maria’s recipe;

- Feels like home. We’ll prepare different ragù sauces, just like in the old days, to pair with our pasta;

- The ultimate Italian dessert. You’ll learn how to make a real tiramisù using the traditional recipe;

- The tastiest moment. We’ll sit down together for dinner to enjoy everything we’ve cooked;

- Unlimited wine. Throughout the whole experience you’ll be free to taste a selection of fine Tuscan wines.
