Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

All cooking classes must be booked and paid online in advance through our official website.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is completed.

Once the booking is completed, guests will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the experience (date, time, and location).


Last-Minute Bookings (Within 24 Hours)

Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are considered last-minute bookings.

By completing a last-minute booking, guests expressly acknowledge and accept that:

  • the booking is final and non-refundable in all circumstances;

  • the experience is purchased at the guest’s own risk;

  • no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be granted, regardless of the reason (including illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes of plans).


Cancellations & Changes (More Than 24 Hours Before)

  • Cancellations or requests to change the booking are accepted only if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • In this case, guests may choose between:

    • a full refund, or

    • rescheduling to another available date (subject to availability).


Cancellations Within 24 Hours, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • No-shows and late arrivals are treated as missed experiences and are non-refundable.

  • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied access to the class.


Group Size & Participants

  • The booking is valid only for the number of participants selected at checkout.

  • Additional participants on the day of the class are not guaranteed and subject to availability and approval.

  • Children must be included in the total number of participants.


Special Offers & Promotions

  • Promotional offers (including but not limited to “Buy 2 classes, get the third free”) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Free or discounted classes included in promotional bundles are non-refundable once any portion of the bundle has been used.

  • If a promotional booking is eligible for cancellation, any refund will be calculated proportionally based on the amount actually paid.


Allergies, Dietary Requirements & Medical Conditions

Guests must inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements in advance.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, last-minute notices cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.


Minimum & Maximum Participants

  • Classes require a minimum number of participants to take place.

  • If the minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class.

  • In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.


Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • instructor illness

  • safety concerns

  • technical or operational issues

  • force majeure events (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)

In these cases, guests will receive a full refund or rescheduling option. No further compensation will be provided.


Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Missed experiences booked with gift cards are considered redeemed and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.


Liability & Responsibility

Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the experience.

We are not responsible for:

  • personal belongings

  • injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

  • accidents caused by negligence or inappropriate behavior
